A quotation is based on the size of a property, volume and total weight of items to be removed, access, time required to complete a clearance, if carpets are to be removed and is a deep clean required afterwards? We always submit a detailed and itemised quotation for your consideration, explaining all costs in detail.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and to secure a date for the flat clearance to commence. Don’t worry, we will issue you with a complete invoice showing the deposit payment as proof of your payment. The remaining balance is due immediately after the flat clearance has been completed. We accept Bank Transfer and all major Debit / Credit Cards. However, we cannot accept cheques.

No, there is no need for you or a relative / friend to be on site whilst we carry out the clearance, unless you specifically prefer to be.
