A quotation is based on the size of a property, volume and total weight of items to be removed, access, time required to complete a clearance, if carpets are to be removed and is a deep clean required afterwards? A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and to secure a date for the house clearance to commence. Don’t worry, we will issue you with a complete invoice showing the deposit payment as proof of your payment. The remaining balance is due immediately after the house clearance has been completed. We accept Bank Transfer and all major Debit / Credit Cards. However, we cannot accept cheques.
